Return Policy

 
All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
 
The return policy is valid only in case of damage-in-transit or delivery of incorrect product.
 
The customer has to intimate us at salesfinesilverjewels@gmail.com about the damaged/incorrect product(s) along with a picture of the product within 24 hours of delivery. Fine Silver Jewels will not be liable for any return after the lapse of this period.
 
The credit note will not be initiated, if the duly sealed refund package does not include the original packaging, invoice and certificates or any additional material sent with the shipment.
 
Any jewellery not in its original condition will not be considered eligible for return. The return packaging 
 
On successful processing of return, the amount can be used in next purchases. 
 
Fine Silver Jewels may, at its sole discretion, reserves all the rights to refuse return of any particular order at any point of time.
 

Exchange Policy

 
You must be located in India as this facility is not available to patrons located outside India.
 
Exchange is only valid if the Product Received was damaged, and the customer has to intimate us at salesfinesilverjewels@gmail.com about the damaged/incorrect product(s) along with a picture of the product within 24 hours of delivery. Also, the exchange will be only valid for the same product.
 
Alternatively, you can get the amount credit note for future purchases.
 
Fine Silver Jewels may, at its sole discretion, reserves all the rights to refuse exchange of any particular order at any point of time.
 
Exchange is not applicable for Customised Products.

 

No Return Policy

 
All our products are made and packed with extreme care in curated packs to make sure you receive them in their best condition. In case of incorrect orders or any damages caused to your products, we can exchange the product or refund in the form of Store Credit. No monetary refund will be provided.
