No Return & No Exchange Policy

At Fine Silver Jewels, we uphold the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and craftsmanship in all our jewellery. To protect the integrity of our products and ensure fairness to every customer, we maintain a strict NO RETURN & NO EXCHANGE policy.

Key Terms & Conditions:

1. Final Sale

All purchases made through our store/website/social media are final. Once an order is confirmed and delivered, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Product Information

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizes, weights, designs, and images before confirming the order. Any variation in color/shine due to lighting, photography, or device screens will not be considered a defect.

3. Damages & Defects

Jewellery is carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch.

In the rare case of damage during transit, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with mandatory unboxing video and photos as proof by Email at Salesfinesilverjewels@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on ‪+91 9829314701‬ / ‪+91 9660099203‬.

Claims without an unboxing video or reported after the 24-hour window will be strictly rejected.

4. Custom Orders & Personalisation

All customised, made-to-order, or engraved jewellery  are specially crafted as per customer requirements and are non-cancellable and non-returnable without exception.

5. Hygiene & Safety Reasons

As jewellery comes in close contact with skin, we do not accept returns or exchanges to maintain hygiene standards.

6. No Exceptions

Requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds citing personal preferences, gifting issues, size mismatch, change of mind, or any reason apart from verified damage during delivery will not be accepted.

7. Exchange Condition

• Exchanges are available only within India. International orders are not eligible.
• Advance payments are non-refundable in any cases.
• For size exchanges, customers bear all shipping charges (both return & reshipping).
• Repair Charges should be bear by customer only except size issue by Brand or damage In-Transit
• Exchanges are valid for the same product only.
• Products once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.

8. Eligibility for Return 

To be eligible for a return, the following must be included:

•  Original packaging in sealed condition
•  Invoice & payment receipt
•  Authenticity certificates (if provided)
•  Any accessories or additional items sent with the shipment

Products not in original condition, or showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration, will not be accepted.

We kindly request you to acknowledge receipt of your parcel upon delivery, so we may ensure your order has reached you safely.

Fine Silver Jewels reserves the right to verify and approve Return & Exchange requests. Our decision shall be final in such matters.
