1. Order Processing
• All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.
Customised or made-to-order jewellery may require 20-30 business days before dispatch (depending on design).
2. Shipping Within India
• Delivery Timeline: 3–5 business days depending on the delivery pin code.
•Logistics Partners: We ship via reputed partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, BVC, etc.
Shipping Charges:
• Shipping is Complementary Through out INDIA.
• Cash on Delivery (Within India only): Available on select pin codes up to ₹ 50000/- order value.
• No COD for International Orders
3. International Shipping
• Delivery Timeline: 6-8 business days (may vary due to customs clearance).
• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Standard Shipping charges apply Normally, $52
Customs & Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Insurance: All international shipments are fully insured until delivery.
4. Packaging & Security
• Every order is packed in tamper-proof packaging.
• Jewellery is sent in branded gift boxes/pouches inside a secure outer box.
• Shipments are insured for the full value until delivered to the customer.
5. Order Tracking
• Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking number.
• Orders can be tracked in real-time on the courier partner’s website.
• If you face issues tracking your order, our support team will assist you.
6. Delivery Policy
• Orders are delivered only to the shipping address provided at checkout.
• Customers must provide a valid mobile number and email for smooth delivery updates.
• Deliveries will require a signature or OTP confirmation to ensure safe receipt.
• In case of multiple failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• In case we receive parcel As RTO (return to origin) you will be not eligible for COD next time.
7. Delays & Exceptions
• Deliveries may be delayed due to:
• Festive seasons or national holidays
• Natural calamities or unforeseen events
• Strikes, lockdowns, or courier restrictions
In such cases, our team will keep you updated.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
• If your order is lost in transit, we will issue a full replacement.
• If the package arrives tampered or damaged, please Make a video of it and contact us immediately.
